Rather than pay as you go, our membership plans allow you to spread costs with a monthly Direct Debit payment. Our plans cover routine dental examinations, hygiene treatments, discounted treatment and worldwide insurance all at a reasonable monthly cost. Its the best value way to secure a full range of benefits.

Patients are responsible for booking their regular exams and hygienist visits. Our recall system is a courtesy. No refund can be given for overdue exams or hygiene visits that patients have not booked.
Please be aware that you will need to pay into the plan for 6 months, before you can benefit from the plan. In the meantime, you can book in to see one of our dentists, however you would need to pay the full fee. For more information please speak to one of the team.

Global Dental Accident and Emergency Assistance Scheme
Our dental plans include access to a Global Dental Accident and Emergency Assistance Scheme. The cost is included in your monthly payment and the insurance covers you for:
- Accidental damage to your teeth as a result of a fall or blow
- Emergency treatment – when away from home or outside normal surgery hours
- Hospital benefit – if your stay is due to dental surgery
- Mouth cancer – a lump sum is payable if you are newly diagnosed
- UK based support centre
Whilst the scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, the scheme is a wholly discretionary scheme, not an insurance scheme. It has no obligation to provide benefits and the Scheme Manager will look at each request individually to decide whether or not to provide benefits.

If you are calling out of hours and require urgent treatment, please call NHS 111:
*For patients that pay into the plan, there will be a charge at {My}Dentist, however there will be a reimbursement in line with your Patient Plan Direct policy.
